In addition to meeting customer requirements by providing product directly from one of principals or other manufacturing locations, we also deliver product from our own warehouse/shop in Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai. We maintain a local inventory of commonly used parts and assemblies for use when quick delivery is a requirement. Caltrols shop personnel assemble, modify or fabricate various valve components, instrumentation and control systems to your specifications, or as part of a turnkey project scope. Example shop services include: Custom AssembliesOur staff of trained technicians provides assembly services for a variety of products when delivery is critical or when special or “custom” designs are required to meet a specific application. The services we provide may be as simple as performing a spring change in a pressure regulator or as complex as the design, assembly and test of a valve with a stroke speed requirement of less than 1 second for Anti-Surge protection of a gas turbine.Valve AutomationCaltrols Valve Automation group specializes in automating valves with pneumatic, electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic actuators. We can mount virtually any type of actuator to any type of globe, butterfly, gate, or ball valve to meet your specific automation needs.
