For our customers who choose to enter into a maintenance contract, additional provisions are provided depending on the nature of the agreement.  Our contract service department is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  One call to our service number will get you in touch with the on-call service representative, anytime day or night.  The representative will determine the specific nature of the problem and course of action to take for resolution.

No matter what your service requirements or weather you choose demand or contract support, Caltrols Field Services can tailor a solution to your specific needs.

A custom maintenance contract is a cafeteria approach to service that may contain a combination of programs to meet your needs.  

• Emergency Response – Ensure that you will have support when you need it by purchasing this valuable service for your equipment or system.  

• Preventative Maintenance – Let us design, plan and implement a program that will extend the useful life of your equipment or provide skilled assistance when your own staff is overloaded.  

• Repair or Replacement – Caltrols field service can provide highly trained personnel necessary to evaluate, repair or replace your existing equipment. 

• Install, Move or Remove – Whether you want us to do it all or just lead an experienced hand to your own staff. 

• Calibration & Verification – we can take the guesswork out of your system and help develop methods and documents to certify the accuracy of your process measurements & controls. 

• Audits & Surveys – Our personnel can perform plant audits to determine equipment and instrumentation requirements, compliance needs or simply update your existing documentation.
   

• Warranties – Caltrols Field Services has many extended warranty programs that will take over when the manufacturer’s warranty expires. 

• Training – Sessions can be tailored to your requirements on new equipment or refresher courses for your changing staff.
